Questions

How long does a website take?

Most small business websites take three to six weeks from the signed proposal, depending on how many pages you need and how quickly content comes together. Web apps and portals are scoped individually.

Can you connect to the software we already use?

Usually, yes. Most CRMs, accounting packages and job management tools can be connected directly or through tools like Zapier and Make. We’ll confirm what’s possible on the discovery call.

We already have a website. Can you take it over?

Yes. We start with a health check to see what state it’s in, then either fix it and put it on a care plan or recommend a rebuild if that’s cheaper in the long run.

Do we need a care plan?

It’s optional, but recommended. Websites and automations need updates and monitoring to stay secure and working. Without a plan, we can still help on an hourly basis.

How does Evergreen relate to Service Surge?
