Evergreen is a trading name of Esmie Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17311134), based in Nottingham, NG4 4EU. Esmie Group Ltd is the data controller for information you send us.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us: your name, business, email, phone number and project details through the project form or the chat assistant, and anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
How we use it and why
We use your details to reply, arrange a discovery call and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before a contract. Messages sent through the chat assistant are also forwarded to our business WhatsApp so we can reply quickly. WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
Who we share it with
We use trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf, including our website and email host (Hostinger) and WhatsApp for chat alerts. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, usually six years after the relationship ends.
